Gather & Graze 2024
Full-service event production for Gather & Graze 2024, an annual charity gala raising funds for Protea Place, a women's support shelter. Scope covered pre-event marketing content, custom LED motion graphics, live multi-shooter capture, and post-event recap film.
01 The Challenge
An event with genuine emotional stakes and a sophisticated visual environment demanded production that could hold two registers simultaneously; the precision of custom-designed screen content built around the event's styling and décor, and the spontaneity required to document 300+ guests across a live, single-take evening.
02 The Approach
Pre-event: campaign-grade marketing assets and sponsor content delivered ahead of the night. On the night: bespoke LED motion graphics designed around the event's colour and styling direction, with three-shooter coverage across stills and video capturing both the environment and the room. Native SFX recorded throughout the evening was woven into the recap edit to carry atmosphere rather than manufacture it.
03 The Outcome
A complete event asset suite; LED screen content, sponsor deliverables, guest gallery, and a recap film. All deployed across the event's marketing channels. The 2024 edition marked the second consecutive year Helios produced the event's full visual output.
