Prethink Group
One film. Three deployment contexts. Built to perform at a leadership summit and keep working long after it.
01 The Challenge
Prethink needed a single piece of work to open a regional leadership summit, support an ongoing recruitment campaign, and sit permanently on their website as a brand statement. The film had to hold across all three without being compromised by any of them. The work had to feel earned.
02 The Approach
The narrative was structured around Isaac Moody's interview, letting his voice carry the philosophy while the visuals operated independently. A monochrome treatment with natural light set the register: considered, not produced. Frames were directed to show Prethink's reach across hospitality, community, and people at work without stating it directly. The restraint in the visual approach was the point.
03 The Outcome
The film opened the leadership summit. It continued as a recruitment asset and a permanent centrepiece on the Prethink website, positioning the organisation as one that invests in people with intention rather than obligation.
